Quantity Surveyor (Rail & HV) - West Sussex

Exciting position has developed to join a growing, ambitious and friendly civils contractor specialising in HV power installation in rail.

The company has other divisions delivering key contracts throughout the UK.  Looking forward into 2018 and beyond, they feel a key growth sector for the company will be their rail division.  In order to sustain growth and deliver the works, they have a pressing need to take on a Quantity Surveyor.

Reporting into the Rail Director, you will oversee a portfolio of projects ranging from £50k – 1m.  The client base will consist mainly of Network Rail but with an eye on developing new clients, having belief that their services for delivering HV Power installation and maintenance is one of the best in the industry.

This role will suit an individual with 4-6 years experience, progressing from an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into a Quantity Surveyor.  Although support and guidance will always be given when required, it does fit the personality profile of someone who enjoys taking responsibility and understands the need to deliver work under tight timeframes and deadlines.
