An exciting opportunity has become available to work on a £30m rail and construction contract in Norwich. The project is a complex one as the works will be done whilst the site is still in operation, resulting in challenging logistical issues.

The client requires a Quantity Surveyor capable of overseeing a key portion of the up and coming civils and signalling packages, and with the ability to work independently, reporting into the project commercial lead. The role will see you initially get involved in procurement to commercially set the scheme up, and then over the duration to ensure commercial control is kept in line with the financial targets.

The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor with a structured career history, strong NEC knowledge, ideally rail, although other civils sector experience will be considered.
