Quantity Surveyor (Rail) - London - N

Exciting opportunity to join the dynamic rail team of a £500m contractor!

Their rail division is currently turning over £100m per annum, with a large portion of that work being delivered in London on projects ranging in value from £10 to 20m. They have a contract about to commence that is a £9m station refurbishment.

They require a dynamic and astute Quantity Surveyor to join the team and take a lead role in the likes of leading the procurement function and day to day running of the job. The role will report into a lead QS.

You will need to have a structured career history in working on LUL / NWR station schemes, be able to understand the client’s needs and be able to deliver and work towards those requests.

The role offers great career prospects that will potentially lead to becoming the second in command for all commercial management in the rail division in London, within the next 12-18 months.
