An ambitious, RC and Groundworks project worth £8 million to build a high end mixed scheme has recently been acquired by this award winning contractor. They have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to come on board and play a pivotal role in delivering this project successfully. The role would see you working closely with the Project Manager, allowing you to get in insight into different elements of how a project is managed.

As a business, they have a number of other divisions that include rail / infrastructure, development and aviation so in the long term opportunities to gain experience in other sectors is easily achievable, should this be something you are keen to explore.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will possess the following qualities:

• Be capable of working under your own direction
• NEC Contract experience required
• Structures experience
• Experience of managing projects of over £5 Million
