A Joint Venture consisting of some of the UK’s leading civil contractors is delivering a major infrastructure contract involving complex tunnelling and structures.

The role will be for a Quantity Surveyor to take a lead role in maximising and protecting the Joint Venture’s commercial position. The role will require you to support the commercial and financial reporting on project change as well as pricing change. 

The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor who matches the following criteria:

• Is proactive in their approach to work and who can deal efficiently with complex commercial duties
• Has major project experience
• Can work independently
• Structured career history
• Ability to work under tight time-frames
