This award winning contractor has secured a portfolio of new work and currently have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor.  The main focus of your role will be a Commercial, high end and part mixed use scheme in Central London. 

The project is valued at £6m and will involve a complex basement and 3 story frame.  You will work alongside the Project Manager, but ultimately report into the sector Commercial Director.

The chosen Quantity Surveyor will need to possess strong analytical skills and possess the initiative to work under your own direction.  This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a friendly and supportive construction team to deliver exciting projects in the South East.  

As a business, they have a number of other divisions that include rail / infrastructure, development and aviation so in the long term opportunities to gain experience in other sectors is easily achievable.
