Quantity Surveyor (Highways) - London - S

A Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team on a major highways framework contract with a turnover of £70-90m per annum.  Although the contract comprises of mainly general maintenance, high volume / low value schemes, they have a need within their major projects division, with project values ranging from £750k to £3.5m.

The role will predominantly focus on post contract duties whilst reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager.  Daily duties will be to oversee a key sub-contractor over 3 projects and then seeing the projects through to final account. 

The suitable Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following background:

• Highways experience
• Strength in site measurement
• Excellent administration of NEC contracts
• Ability to work independently
• Hard work ethic
• Proven track record in seeing contracts through to the end
