The Company:

A top groundworks and RC frame contractor that has the ability to deliver projects between £750k-50m in value across the South East. Has been formed for almost 40 years and grown to a £75m+ turnover organisation. They are a family-owned company in which the owners are very hands on in investing in the business and its employees. Reputation is key in this day and age, and this organisation has one of the best names in a competitive industry.

The Role:

Due to increased success in tenders, they are looking to recruit up to 3 new Quantity Surveyors to oversee complex groundworks/RC frame schemes. This could be a portfolio of smaller projects or one larger scheme and can be up to £15m in value. Typically their projects tend to be within the house building/residential market. This will be an autonomous role as the successful Quantity Surveyor will be acting under their own direction and control.

The Ideal Quantity Surveyor:

• Groundworks/RC frame project experience
• Ability to work under own direction and control
• Structured career history working for specialist groundworks/RC frame contractors
