The Aviation sector for this business unit will cover both construction and civils. They are currently delivering a £25m portfolio at Gatwick with another £35m airport project in London due to be secured. Other contracts may involve general construction works within the commercial / retail sector.

The role will be for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and oversee their own project / projects, dependant on the size and complexity. The position will see you report into a business unit Commercial Manager who can give excellent support and guidance when required.

-3-7 years’ experience

-Structured career history with an established civils / construction company

-JCT or NEC experience

-BSC / HND level qualification

-Interested in a long term project
