An award winning and dynamic Tier 2 contractor is currently delivering a complex civils project, which is part of a major infrastructure contract.

The scheme is being delivered on target, however there are some key commercial issues which need overcoming for the existing duration of the scheme.  My client requires an astute Quantity Surveyor with excellent negotiation and client interfacing skills to take a lead role overcoming key objections and challenges.

The suitable candidate will need to be able to work independently, reporting into a Commercial Director and Commercial Manager who in turn will be entrusting full control of the project to the assigned Quantity Surveyor.
