Quantity Surveyor (civils / landscaping) - Buckinghamshire

They have built a reputation of delivering some of the UK’s most complex and prestigious landscaping contracts. Their portfolio includes major commercial, residential, sports arena and regeneration schemes with values up to £20m.

Due to sustained growth and key new contracts commencing in 2018 they have an immediate need for an ambitious and career focused Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The position will see you mainly based in head office but will require travel to project sites in London and the Home Counties. Current contracts range from £500k to 6m.

The position will suit a Surveyor who enjoys taking autonomy over their own portfolio of work, is comfortable working to tight deadlines and who is prepared to offer advice and be able to solve issues when they arise. On a daily basis you will work closely with the project and engineering teams as well as get involved in pre-construction.

Desired criteria for this role include a landscaping / groundworks / specialist civils background, with knowledge of both NEC and JCT.
