An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a progressive and respected contractor who understand and respect both their client and staff needs, making it a rewarding and friendly environment to be involved in.
They have a role for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Northern Home Counties team delivering a range of projects within the highways, rail, ports and building sectors. The contracts are delivered under both NEC and JCT with sizes ranging up to £10m.
As Quantity Surveyor you will report into the regional commercial manager, working closely with the site team to ensure project targets and objectives are met. You will be responsible for either overseeing a larger scheme or a portfolio of smaller jobs. Travel may be required to the site set ups but the role will predominantly see you based out of the office. The position will also require you to assist in the pre-construction duties too.
