A new portfolio of work has been released under the Heathrow framework that consists of 4 varying civils contract, all being delivered under the NEC contract.  In order to be able to deliver those contracts, they require a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and become an integral part of it.  The contracts will range in value from £20 – 100m and involve complex structures / tunnelling / ground engineering. 

The role will see the chosen Quantity Surveyor manage key packages of work, reporting into one of the project Commercial Managers.

Key criteria’s for the role will be the following:

NEC experience

Be able to work independently

Good client interfacing skills

Commercially astute

Looking for a role with progression, will suit someone with a dynamic outlook

Within a comfortable commute of Heathrow
