The Company:

This multi-disciplined civils contractor has built up a strong reputation in the market for delivering as both a principal and subcontractor within the demolition, remediation, piling, rail and structures sectors. They have recently reached over £450m in turnover and have further aspirations to expand. After forming over 40 years ago, they have a trusted network of repeat clients that they have delivered for over the years and are continuously pushing to boost their reach.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit a Proposals Engineer with a background in the geotechnical/piling fields. This is for their division which covers all of their sheet piling, mini-piling and foundations projects. Typically, they work on projects ranging between £1-30m in this division and the majority of the time this is in the London region. The long-term opportunity for the successful Proposals Engineer is to become a fully-qualified professional within either Design or Estimating.

The Ideal Individual:

• 2:1 or better in Civil Engineering
• Keen eye for detail
• Experience in the geotechnical/piling sectors
