This social housing provider prides itself on service delivery, this is seen as a key role in delivering a high quality property maintenance service to its tenants. The Surveyor will be responsible for a specific area which contains a diverse portfolio of property types carrying out inspections to diagnose defect and specify remedial works. Works will be checked on completions and undertaking liaison between residents and contractors carrying out effective communication at all times. Void rehabilitation will also be a key activity in this surveying role.

The ideal Surveyor will have a HNC in a Building related subject or have extensive experience in building maintenance. Excellent communication skills are required both written and orally as preparing reports and dealing with challenging situations are essential skills to deliver the requirements of this role.
