Property Services surveyor - London - E

I have an exciting opportunity as a Property Services Surveyor working within the social housing sector for a forward thinking progressive company that offer a range of benefits. 

Initially the duration of this assignment is 12 months, there is a strong possibility this will be extended, offering the chosen Property Services Surveyor a long term work opportunity.

The duties include:

• Pre inspections of reactive works
• Post inspections on reactive works  
• Assessing works and writing specifications
• Managing works and ensuring works are carried out on time and within budget
• Handling tenant complaints

Essentials:

• Must have experience 5 years' working in the social housing sector
• To have worked as a Maintenance Surveyor or Building Surveyor
• A driving license and transport are essential for this role
• Must have experience of working with contractors
