Seeking a new and exciting opportunity for 2018?

The opportunity has arisen for a Project Surveyor to join a well-respected main contractor to be based in Central London. Whilst reporting to the experienced Commercial Manager, initially the role will see you working on a £5,000,000 office fit-out in Canon Street.

Working across a wide spectrum of real estate, each project this organisation undertakes is unique but every design, refurbishment and refit is approached with the same determination to deliver the best. Their projects range in value from £500,000 to £5,000,000 and all the projects you will be overseeing will be within the design and build sector.

With excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans, you could see yourself at Managing Surveyor level in as little as 2 years. This opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your own portfolio as well as expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• 4+ years London fit-out experience
• Design and build background
• Good industry knowledge
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
