The opportunity has arisen for a Project Surveyor (Intermediate) to join the Nation’s largest Housebuilder. Whilst reporting to the Senior Surveyor, initially this role will see you working on a 1,650 unit scheme in North Harrow looking to begin in the New Year.

Their business is acquiring land, obtaining planning consents and building the highest quality homes in places people aspire to live. From stylish apartments in the city of London to luxury detached houses in the beautiful countryside, they offer a range of services. They also have a commercial business creating spaces from industrial and office buildings to retail and leisure.

With excellent possibilities for career progression, this opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your own portfolio as well as expanding your industry knowledge and experience. Due to award-winning in house training that is tailored to every individuals requirements, you could see yourself at Senior Surveyor level in as little as 2 years.

Required:

• 4 - 5 years’ relevant experience
• Experience tendering and running larger packages
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
• Ideally cost control experience
