We have an opportunity for a family run contractor, who are well known within the industry for many of their regeneration projects across London and the South East. They have a strong order book of work with more than 9 year on a current framework. The company require a Project Quantity Surveyor that’s committed to exceeding standards to join their team.

The Project Surveyor will:

• Manage a refurb and new build project - value £10m
• Head up a South London based project

So what’s required?

• A proven track record working on residential new build and refurb projects
• HND, HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Great communication skills, able to demonstrate competency in negotiation
• Someone who is able to work on complex projects and deliver results
• TPC Experience desirable
