Project Quantity Surveyor - Hampshire

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join this family-run specialist groundworks and civils contractor based in Southampton, to work on a range of schemes across Southern England.

These projects range between £500k-£20m in value and you portfolio of work could include up to 10 projects at a time. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own portfolio of work within Southern England, helping to grow the company’s footprint within the area.

This is a medium-sized contractor whose main objective is further expansion are looking for an individual that can generate this growth from a commercial perspective. With successful performance and as the expansion continues, the opportunity to progress to a Managing Quantity Surveyor position within the next two years is very realistic.

Required:

• Full, clean UK driving license
• Groundworks/Civils experience

Desired:

• Degree qualified of equivalent
