Project Quantity Surveyor (HS2, Tier 2 Civils)
Salary:  to £70k + package
Based:  NW London (NW10)

About the Company:
A Quantity Surveyor is required for a contractor with an outstanding reputation within the construction industry to work within their rapidly growing infrastructure division.  This award winning contractor has put a key element of focus on developing their civils offering to the market which has resulted in them securing key contracts within rail, aviation and highways.  Project sizes will range in value up to £25m and will involve structures, groundworks, drainage and general civils. The outlook and expectations for the division in the coming years is excellent and they expect further growth given the large amount of spend expected within infrastructure in London and the South East.

About the Role:
The Quantity Surveyor will initially oversee a £7m groundworks and structures package that they are delivering on a prestigious HS2 scheme.  During the course of the project there is likely to be a fair amount of change happening as its being delivered under NEC.  Following this there is a further project that has been secured on another part of the section of HS2 that will be in the region of £10m, again involving groundworks and RC structures.

Suitable candidate will have the following background:

• Strong NEC experience, rail would be beneficial but groundworks and structures within a civils environment will be a good fit too
• Looking for a long term role and looking to progress your career
• Want to work within a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Able to work independently
• HND / Degree level qualification
