Salary: £45,000 – £70,000  (+ bonus & pension)

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on new build rc-frame projects?

An opportunity with a reputable main contractor with a turnover in excess of £300m has arisen for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor.

The contractor typically specialises in delivery of high rise RC frame construction for mixed-use, residential and/or commercial use.

Located in Harrow, the initial project includes the build of several RC frame mixed-use/residential blocks and you will be commercially responsible for sections of this multi-million pound major scheme as no.2 to the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.

The business is known for it’s productivity and the quality of its site teams and are looking for someone with a good background working on high-rise RC frame projects within a large contractor or developer and have experience pricing all packages required throughout the full build & completion of a mixed-use major project.

Required: 5 years post-grad surveying experience.
