Project Quantity Surveyor (HS2 Sub-contract)

Freelance:  £300 to £350 per day Ltd

Based:  Coleshill (Warwickshire)

One of the UK’s leading specialist civils sub-contractor requires a commercially astute Project Quantity Surveyor!

The role will be to oversee a £10m groundworks and soil remediation project for HS2.

The West Midlands route is the biggest section of work on the project. It is inclusive of some of the most complex and interesting ground engineering ever done on a major infrastructure project in the UK.

To be considered for this role, the successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have the following background and experience:

• Infrastructure / civils project experience
• NEC experience (Option C beneficial)
• Good client interfacing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Structured career history
• 4 + years’ experience in delivering similar type schemes
