An opportunity with a reputable main contractor with a turnover in excess of £300m has arisen for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor.

The contractor typically specialises in delivery of high rise RC frame developments for mixed-use, residential and commercial use.

Located in Brighton, the initial project includes the build of several rc frame mixed-use/residential blocks and you will be commercially responsible for sections of this multi-million pound scheme as no.2 to the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.

The business is known for it’s productivity and the quality of it’s site teams so they are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with a good background working on high rise rc frame projects for a large contractor or developer. Experience pricing all packages required throughout the project life cycle from groundworks to finishes would be ideal.
