A leading contractor in their sector currently find themselves on the lookout for a Project Quantity Surveyor due to restructuring to come in and join a team on a frameworks contract for Thames Water.

Delivered under a joint venture, the works to be carried out are of a maintenance & repair of the waste water infrastructure to the sum of £30 Million per annum.

The successful surveyor would find himself based in the South West London region of Wimbledon and be part of a close knit team consisting of a Quantity Surveyor and two commercial assistants.

The Quantity Surveyor will have/ be:

• Experience in the Utility sector Preferably Water
• Good travel distance to Wimbledon
• Commercially Astute
• Able to manage big packages of work
