Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils / structures) - Surrey

Have you got experience in managing projects ranging from £1 – 8m?

Have you got a strong working knowledge of the NEC Contract?

An exciting opportunity has developed with an established, medium sized civils contractor who has secured a major portfolio of work for their Surrey office. 

They are looking to take on either a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a long term career opportunity to join their growing division. The works are delivered within the Southern Home Counties.  Based out of the regional office in Surrey, you will be tasked with overseeing a portfolio of 2 to 3 projects or 1 major scheme (£10m+). Nature of works will range from highways / 278 works, bridges / structures, flood defence contracts (Environment Agency being a major client) and specialist rail contracts.

The role will see you report into the regional Commercial Manager, and work closely with the site management teams to ensure the jobs are delivered on time and within the targets set.

The work environment is friendly, but progressive, with the role offering long term career prospects.
