They are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the development of 150 RC Frame apartments along with 40 traditional houses. Heading up the team, this role will see you take responsibility for the smooth running of the project to ensure it is being delivered within time and budget.

Essential criteria:
•          Minimum 5 years proven Project Management experience
•          Residential experience 
•          Experience of working on projects between £5m plus
