They specialise in buildings, structures, and civil engineering works within the rail industry and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Cardiff.

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to drive efficiency and quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery of multi-disciplinary rail projects, including buildings, structures, and civil engineering works.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing project planning, risk management, and budget control.
  • Leading project teams and fostering collaboration across disciplines.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

About You:

You will have a proven track record in project management within the rail sector, with experience in delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. You will have strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive successful project outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant experience in project management within the rail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of buildings, structures, and civil engineering works.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and schedules effectively.
  • A relevant qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field.
