Project Manager - Surrey

My client is currently looking for Project Manager on a contract basis for 3 months initially, for planned and reactive maintenance programme.

The ideal Project Manager will have experience in kitchen, bathroom and roof repairs, be motivated and driven with the ability to be able to work at a fast pace while working well under pressure. The role will see you reporting to the Planned Maintenance Manager, managing a team and delivering the project safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality. Managing a few key projects of up to £1million.

Successful Project Surveyor will have:

• Minimum 3 years proven Management experience
• Driving licence
• Experience in kitchens, bathroom and roof repairs
• Experience of working on projects £1 million plus

Looking to pay up to £35 Ltd an hour and there will be a travel allowance.
