Project Manager - Surrey

Do you have previous experience of working as a Project Manager on either residential, commercial or hotel projects?

This rapidly expanding Irish contractor have recently been awarded several prestigious developments because of their reputation for quality on time delivery.

Due to these awards they are currently seeking a Project Manager who can deliver a £10 million residential development, consisting of private and affordable housing. If you are looking to move to an exciting new opportunity working with a company that excels in their field then this is an ideal opportunity for you. As Project Manager, a proven track record of working with key main contractors or developers will be essential along with a solid history of leading projects on time and within budget.

Essential criteria:

•          Minimum 8 years proven Project Management experience

•          Project Delivery of either residential or commercial projects £10 million plus
