This specialist consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their team who are known for providing Business, Property and Construction consultancy advice within the UK. The position involves taking projects from inception through to completion for Local Authority, Heath, Education and Commercial projects. A great opportunity for someone looking to gain Project Management experience in the property environment as well as starting their APC.

About the role:

• Liaise closely with clients and contractors.
• Oversee projects and developments according to health and safety regulations
• Amend contracts accordingly.
• Working in a small specialist team.
• Report on a regular basis status of projects and fee projections.

About you:

• Completed a Construction related degree.
• 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor / Project Manager
• Construction related experience.

On offer to the chosen Project Manager is a salary up to £40,000, with a travel allowance, 5% pension contribution and help working towards their APC.
