This Housing Association is one of London's largest. Their organisation now owns and manages over 50,000 homes across the UK, and has an ambition to build 100,000 homes over the next ten years.

They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team and deliver results through effective time-management, to progress these projects whilst finding contingencies and solutions to overcome and hopefully avoid any issues that might effect the end result. This role will be dealing with repairs of kitchens, bathrooms and doors within the area of Basingstoke, Reading and Slough.

The successful Project manager will have:

• Highly developed organisational skills
• The ability to demonstrate strong project management skills gained in a similar environment
• 3 years experience as a project manager
• To deal with stakeholders, negotiation and influencing skills at all levels
• Experience of management of project business plans

On offer to the chosen Project Manager is a Day rate of £224 LTD along with a fuel allowance.
