Project Manager - London - S

I have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager in the Planned works team working for a well-known Registered Social Landlord (RSL).

The role will be paying between £26-£30 on a Limited company basis for a minimum duration of 6 months with the likelihood of this being extended.  

The duties include:

• Carrying out pre-inspections on housing stock
• Managing a kitchen and bathroom replacement programme 
• Handle and deal with tenant complaints as they arise in a professional manner
• Undertake post inspections of completed works assessing quality and value for money using the schedule of rates
• Ensuring effective project management of maintenance contracts with a strong emphasis on partnering relationships
• Managing cyclical declarations programme up to the value of £2m 

Essentials Criteria:

• The candidate will need 5 years' experience working within a Social Housing Provider 
• To have worked as a Project Manager or Building Surveyor
• A valid driving license and transport is essential for this role
• Experience of handling budgets of up to £2m and of liaising with tenants and the general public
