With an unrivalled reputation for excellence this leading contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a £43 million residential development of 160 units.
As Project Manager you will ensure that the site is run in a safe and efficient way. Review method statements and risk assessments, arrange and chair pre-start meetings with sub - contractors and attend hand - over meeting with pre-construction team. Must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget, along with that will have excellent communication skills
The ideal Project Manager will have:
Residential Experience
8 years + Project Management experience
Strong communications skills
Ability to hit the ground running
