The Company:

Established over 50 years ago, this contractor has built up a reputation for delivering large and complex demolition, basement and infrastructure solutions to the private and public sectors. They have the ability to operate as both a principal and subcontractor and can take on projects up to £50m in value. They take pride in the fact that they ensure safety for all involved in their projects, deliver a specialist service on time & to budget and have in-house resources to deliver their assigned schemes. Over the years they have managed to build a steady turnover of over £450m.

The Role:

This contractor is looking to increase their turnover in their infrastructure division in the coming years, with now being the start of a strategic long-term plan. A key role that they are looking to recruit is a Project Manager to deliver the design and build of the infrastructure work of a new college in West London. This is a scheme valued at £10m. The successful Project Manager will be the authoratitive figure on the project with site teams and Managers reporting to you.

The Ideal Individual:

• Design and build experience
• Working knowledge of the JCT form of contract
• A background either working for a main contractor or large subcontractor for infrastructure schemes
