A leading demolition specialist is looking for an expert to manage a £20m project in the heart of the City!

The Company:

A top 5 demolition contractor with ambitions to become number 1. Currently, their turnover sits at over £150m however they have targets in place to double that in the next 3-5 years. They have been extremely successful in recent tendering and have secured £40m worth of work for the New Year.

The Role:

As a result they are looking to take on two experienced Project Managers with a background of overseeing demolition schemes up to the value of £20m. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing a team of three Site Managers and ensuring that all site documentation is completed.

The Ideal Individual:

• 7+ years’ experience in managing demolition projects
• Valid SMSTS card
• Valid CSCS black card
