Client: 

This Groundworks & RC Frame contractor is currently recruiting for a Project Manager after winning some major projects in London. Offering competitive Rates and Long term contracts!

Candidate: 

The ideal Project Manager should have experience managing busy multi million pound projects and have also worked for Groundwork’s and RC Frame contractors with at least 5 years plus experience.

You will:

• Hold a CSCS Card (Management level)
• Hold a SSSTS or SMSTS
• Have 4-5 years Clear Project Management experience   
• Strong Groundworks and RC Frame background

Job Opportunity:

As a Project Manager you will be:

• Responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of this project.
• Ask penetrating questions and resolve different events that happen onsite.
• General management of different teams
• Manage Site paperwork, group meetings and day to day health and safety checks!
