Client: 

This contractor is currently recruiting for a Project Manager after winning some major projects in and around the London area. Offering competitive rates and long term contracts!

Candidate: 

The ideal Project Manager should have experience working for both Groundworks & RC Frame contractors and at least 3 years plus Management experience.

You will hold tickets such as:

• CSCS Card (Management Black)
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Temp Works would be a bonus
• First AID

Job Opportunity:

As a Project Manager you will be required to:

• Take control of the job making sure things run smoothly and to schedule from start to finish.
• You will be required to look after site paperwork, arrange meetings, and stay on top of health & safety as well as other day to day site changes.  

Being able to manage your work load with good time management will be key!
