Based North London     

Salary to £80k + Package

This dynamic contractor, who excels in delivering projects with passion and who combine years of experience with cutting edge processes and technology to ensure the projects are delivered to the satisfaction of their clients, are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join their team.  

The successful Project Manager will be the project lead on a £4 million, residential, design and build project, you will be responsible for taking this site from start through to completion. This role as Project Manager will see you take responsibility for managing the site, health and safety aspect while driving the program along with procurement.

The ideal Project Manager will have:

• A minimum of 6 years proven Project Management experience (not necessarily as the Project Manager)
• Design & Build experience
• Residential project experience
