Town Centre Development Project Manager: (Civils)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car + Benefits 

Based:  Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire 

• My client a leading Civil Engineering Company based in the South East of England is looking for a Permanent Project Manager to work on a multi-million pound Town Centre Re-Development project. You will report directly to the client and Directors.
• As Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the project and staff including, Forman’s, Project Engineers, Health & Safety and other disciplines to make sure the project is completed in time and budget. This will also include staffing issues and if needed recruit staff to complete the project in time. You will ideally have had at least 2-3 years experience working on similar projects and have some sort of Project Management qualification.
