If you are a Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering residential schemes and looking to join a well-respected organisation that puts people first - Then THIS is the opportunity for you! 

After a very successful 2020 and with loads of work secured for the coming years this organisation have been building their reputation for over 15 years providing specialist construction services to the South East regions of London and are currently expanding by adding a Project Manager to their team.

They are looking to recruit a Project Manager to run a residential project from inception right through to completion. You will be reporting into the Construction Director for this scheme.

The ideal Project Manager will:

• Come from a Main contractor background
• Have experience delivering residential schemes as a Project Manager
• Have excellent written and verbal skills
