If you are a Project Manager looking to join an organisation where you can reach Director Level through hard work and dedication – then look no further!

After a very successful 2020 with an increase in turn over and with projects secure for the coming years this well-established sub-contractor is now looking to expand their construction division by adding a Project Manager to their team.

As a Project Manager you will be reporting into the head of construction while managing a Site Management team on projects up to the value of £10M in Central London. You will be expected to lead the Site Management team guiding them and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Project Manager will:

• Have successful experience of delivering project to tier 1 clients (5+ years)
• Come from a dry lining background (Specifically on residential projects)
• Possess SMSTS, Black card, first aid at work
• Have a hand on approach to every aspect of the project to ensure successful delivery of projects
