They now require a dedicated Project Manager to join their team to work on regeneration projects valued £20-£80 million. Experience of design & build residential projects both new build & refurbishment with a main contractors is essential as well as the ability to build good working relationships with their clients who they see as partners.

The ideal Project Manager will have a stable career background working with main contractors ideally on Design & Build residential projects and be able to show career progression.  Working as part of a professional team delivering challenging regeneration developments  as well as building successful long term relationships will require commercial acumen, technical ability and great interpersonal skills.

The successful Project Manager will be handsomely rewarded with a salary circa £80k, car allowance, private pension plan and a comprehensive insurance package including life and death cover.
