Salary + Package: £65k + car/car allowance, pension and annual leave excluding bank holidays.

This civil engineering contractor has been providing multi-disciplined construction and civil engineering services to their loyal clients for the last 40 years and have the need for a Project Manager to join their team.

The role

• The contractor is needing the Project Manager to oversee civil engineering groundwork packages that includes roads, sewers, and residential housing schemes valued on average from £8m-£10m in Luton.
• Managing aspects of the project including budget, procurement, health, safety and environmental issues.
• Liaising closely with clients.
• Amending contracts accordingly.

To be considered for the role:

• The Project Manager must be able to form RAMS.
• Create and maintain temporary works registers.
• Experienced in civil engineering groundwork packages as stated above.
• A background in engineering, or a degree/qualification is required.
