This specialist contractor operates in the groundwork, reinforced concrete and civil engineering sectors. They have a fantastic client base and deliver projects ranging from £100, 000 up to £4 million.

They now require a Project Manager to be an integral part of their team. They are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and who has excellent attention to detail who can be dynamic.

The ideal Project Manager should have strong experience in RC frames and Groundworks in a residential capacity and should possess excellent organisational skills. To be successful in this role you should have a good working knowledge of the sector relevant equipment and systems.

The Role:

• The organisation specialises in many services but for this particular opportunity, they need a Project Manager to oversee a residential groundworks scheme of a £4.5 million project in Guildford.
• Managing aspects of the project including budget, procurement, health, safety and environmental issues.
• Liaising closely with clients.
• Amending contracts accordingly.

To be considered for the role:

• The Project Manager must be able to form RAMS.
• Create and maintain temporary works registers.
• Experienced in Groundworks and RC Frames.
• A background in engineering, or a degree/qualification will be beneficial.
