Salary + Package: Up to £75k + car/car allowance, pension and enhanced annual leave.

This developer/construction main contractor has been building their reputation for over 15 years providing specialised construction & developer services to the South East regions of London and are currently expanding their services to clients by increasing in-house capability.

They now require a Project Manager with RC Frames and Groundworks experience to work on two £14m residential projects in South London.

Project Manager duties:

• Managing a variety of projects where duties will include budget formulation, procurement, performance, health &safety and environmental issues.
• Liaising closely with clients and contractors.
• Amending contracts accordingly.

Project Manager required criteria:

• Background working on residential projects for a sub-contractor on a large residential development project.
• At least 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager working on Groundworks and RC Frame sites.

*Engineering degree or equivalent qualification will go a long way*
