Project Manager - Oxfordshire

This is a rare opportunity for a Project Manager to work with a team of engineers on the demolition and design phase of a prestigious project in Oxfordshire. As the Project Manager you will be monitoring the strip out which will involve working with successful and entrepreneurial Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) building personnel.

This is an Opportunity as a Project Manager to get out of your comfort zone and test your engineering background to ultimately take this phase 4 project into the next stage of construction where M&E and structural works will combine.

Once demolition has been completed, the installation of the basement will commence. As the Project Manager you will be reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager and Operations Director.

As the chosen Project Manager you will benefit from the experience of working with this Tier 2 contractor, which is one of the most financially sound and one of the biggest RC Frames, Groundworks and Demolition contractors in the UK that has been providing civil engineering, groundworks, RC frames and demolition services since 1967. Other prestigious projects include but not limited to is the iconic Olympic Park and Marcol House.

You will need to be able to demonstrate confidence with interfacing with M&E Engineers and Structural Engineers as well as being familiar with ASTA. Advantageous would be to have Coins experience.
