This housing association is looking for a customer-focused individual with energy, experience and a strong sense of purpose to join them as a Project Manager. They offer a wide range of homes, for rent, part ownership or purchase. By doing so, they build more than homes.

As a Project Manager you will ensure the production of a major project of refurbishment, enveloping, or term contracts, effectively and efficiently leading and managing projects through building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients. You will manage a programme of projects in accordance with design and technical briefs, financial regulations and standing orders and the project timetable. Be responsible for health & safety issues within the responsibility of the post [e.g. Site safety; risk management of staff whilst on site and conducting surveys]

You will have some significant interaction with other parts of the organisation generally at the same level. You will have technical or professional qualification relevant to construction project management and excellent project management skills. You will be Personable, pro-active, professional and able to demonstrate full commitment to exceptional customer care and service in all activities.

The successful Project Manager will have:

• Relevant experience working as a Project Manager within a similar environment
• You will have great interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and project stakeholders.
• Experience with project business plans
• Experience managing the projects on site

On offer to the chosen Project manager is a 6 month fixed term contract with a salary of £43,000 with fuel allowance and flexible working.
