The Company:
A family-run, highly-accredited specialist contractor with an ambition to become the ‘first choice contractor’ in their chosen market sector. As a company they deliver specialist demolition, asbestos removal, earthworks, remediation, infrastructure and basement construction with their core area of operation being Central London. Their turnover has increased year-on-year and has exceeded £150m in recent times. They take pride in the fact that they have been awarded several awards for their level of service, ethos and expertise. 2019 is set to be a very busy year for them with several large, complex schemes due to commence on site in Q1.
The Role:
They are looking to recruit a Project Manager for a key site in Central London. They have been contracted to deliver the basement construction of a large residential development which includes a single storey basement including piles and ground floor slabs. The successful Project Manager will be the driving force of this scheme and will get involved in client meetings and take charge of all site documentation and health & safety. As the Project Manager there will be a Site Manager reporting directly to you.
