Would you like to play a lead role as Project Manager with one of London’s most prestigious contractors?

Do you have experience of delivering refurbishment projects within the super prime property sector?

Are you looking for your next long term contract?

As Project Manager your role will involve leading and to fully manage the highest quality refurbishment projects within the London super prime property sector.

The successful individual must work efficiently, safely and professionally, within set budgets and agreed timescales, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times. The ideal Project Manager will be a highly motivated and driven individual, have demonstrated experience in this role and market, high standards and be able to work in a team environment and possess exceptional communication skills.

As Project Manager you would have worked within the super prime market with a minimum of 10 years construction sector experience, ideally being promoted from a trade background through to Senior Manager level and hold the relevant construction & IT skills for this position. This role will see you taking responsibility for, Construction Managers, Site Managers, Site Sub-Contractors & site personnel.
